Not Gymnosoma for sure. But cannot you post a closer short? Hardly anything is visible but the shape and abdominal pattern, which isn't extremely useful. The general looks remind me of some species of Musca (vitripennis and relatives) but it is hard to say without seeing at least the wing venation And there might be other possibilities.
