Berlin - September 2014 looks like Opomyzidae to me but I'm not familiar with these flies. I've only looked at the gallery for similar species. https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=5731 I only had a compact camera in 2014, so I apologize for low quality image. Thank You, Stephane. I haven't seen you around very much lately. I hope that all is well with you. I didn't remember this family (Sciomyzidae). I've seen these around before and made photos of them but I've never tried to id them. I keep busy with spiders and other diptera. Anyway, Thank You for helping
