 please help to ID this 6-8mm fly,
it was found in Germany, Bochum, altitude 100m, 22. 8. 2017,

foto 1 and 2 show the copula, foto 3 and 4 is one of these fly, may be a male or a female?

 T. arrogans has in most cases near apex an anterodorsal and a posterodorsal bristle nearly side by side. In none of your pictures this part is clearly visible but my impression is that a posteriodorsal is not present. General coloration of wing and mesonotum as well as a simple row of anterodorsals on f3 is speaking for T. ferruginea.
