Noonamyia (Lauxaniidae) again. I'm at work and don't have all the papers at hand yet a quick search allows to suggest it's N. pleuralis Sasakawa & Pong, 1990 (Esakia, Special Issue No. 1: 123-146). The wing is from the original description (Fig. 5(D), p. 127). A more recent paper with extended key to species is also available online (Shi, Yang and Gaimari, 2011: Revue Suisse de Zoologie 118 (4): 667-693)
