I see three white dots in a triangle, but one of them is outside the bare area so I may be seeing an unrelated reflection.

I agree. You can see 2 ocelli and a reflection.
Still, ocelli are present, so this must be some Pangoniinae.

It might be some species of Esenbeckia.
