Found along a woodland ride, Shropshire, West Midlands England. August. Sorry the image is not sharper.

I believe may be Helina reversio or a similar species. Pollen feeder

It was an inode issues. In practise, I think it means there were more files on the server than the system catered for. The limit has been doubled and we should be save for quite some time.
