this blackish fly I also found in July 2017 on the same place in southern Sweden, at a building near the lake "Immeln".

looks like a Tachinid to me with those strong bristles.
The spider legs make me wonder if it's Dinera? maybe ferina.
If it is Tachinidae, then Theo will have to comment.

edit: the fly looks odd but its shadow is more odd.
