Help to identify this one, please.

I'm not sure if the one at the first picture is the same species than the other one.

Pictures are taken in Barcelona.

Hello,

all belong into the Syrphidae subforum. Nr. 1 is a female Sphaerophoria, the others look like male Syritta pipiens (but I don't know, if there are additional species in Spain).

No, these are not even Conopidae, but Syrphidae, which have a different sub-forum. In addition, these are not the same flies, the fist is not the same as the rest.
