A Tephritid species from Bulgaria

Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to get to Bulgaria last year so even more delighted that I was able to do so again this year. As always the flora and insects were superb. This Tephritid was found at Kirilova Polyanna meadows on 21 July 2017. Oxyna flavipennis seems to fit the bill according to the pics in the Gallery.
