Good afternoon,

Can someone please help me identifying this fly?
I believe it belongs to the family Anthomyidae, but I lack the knowledge to be certain about it.
Picture was taken on July 15, at Lagoa da Vela (Vela lagoon), close to Figueira da Foz.
Thanks in advance for any help, and sorry for the poor quality of the photos.
Kind regards,

Fernando
