The 'paper' and sketch from Seguy says 'Habropogon appendiculatus'. I found a few species in a transition of garrigue and wood..

It looks that you are right about appendiculatus :-) but i still have little experience with them. Do you have a picture in which the the tarsi of the middle (2nd) leg are clearly visible? The last tarsomere should odd looking appendices (flattened bristles)male only. The one in your picture is a male...so...?
