Hi Valery,

in a recent threat (http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=77893) you identified Campiglossa difficilis. I have a quite similar specimen, which might have a little shorter oviscapt. It is from a region where C. difficilis is not known. I identified it as C. misella which seems to have usually a very dark appearance in the winter generation and is much brighter in summer. Can you confirm this as C. misella? (I know, it is not the best picture)
Regards
Piet

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
