It looks like Wiedemannia zetterstedti in the gallery among the Empididae.

..then I will go again tomorrow and catch some.. Smile
there are only minor to none reports about appearance in Belgium...
or maybe there are synonyms in the lowlands?...and Paul is on vacation Smile

There are probably many species of Clinocerinae not in the gallery.
