Think this looks like Palloptera saltuum in the gallery, or could it be another species? (Palloptera saltuum is synonymous to Temnosira saltuum it seems?).

Size around 4 mm, found in a coastal location in Bodø, northern Norway 27.07.2012.

Your ID is correct. Some authors accept only genus Palloptera. The other Palloptera + Toxoneura. And the rest accept P + T + Temnosira. The dividing of all genera is based on thorax structure and chaetotaxy. So, I prefer Temnosira saltuum.
