For me, no - very careful measurement of the frons/eye widths is necessary and you might also have species not in my key

I have no ability or training to identify. I'm an amateur. My proposal has no more foundation than the visual comparison with this I've found in Diptera Gallery ... http://www.dipter...oto_id=773 But you are experts, who must decide.
