Apolysis, only one recorded on Canarys is eremophila, but on Tenerife not Fuerteventura, so could just as easily be an undescribed species. |

This is Mythicomyiidae, not Apolysis. Probably Cephalodromia. The proboscis is buried in the flower. |

I am glad I happened to see this post, because I have not visited the forum for a while. Thanks for correction. At the same place and time I did some more, but only bad photos of the tiny flies.
