Theo, you were right. It is Linnaemya, the basiscosta is yellow. It is the female Linnaemya lithosiophaga, the odd Linnaemyia. In the same spot I collected the male. I also have a female and male Linnaemya frater from another spot. So I can tell the difference between the females of the two species.
