I think so, but maybe some hair at lowest part of the eye. Zooming in do not decide it.

The hind wing is actually nicely in focus, you can see one strong bristle at base of vein R4+5.
So male Lydella stabulans (so eye is bare indeed )

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
