It is a Tachinidae and it looks like a female Pandelleia.
Pretty rare genus.

Wow, thank you Theo, I would have never thought of Tachinidae!
Googled and it seems there are only 8 species in genus and one of them - P. sexpunctata has been recorded from Georgia (Kazbegi) in 1983. I assume that;s the species.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
