To the best of my knowledge, there are 2 Scathophaga species with a dark last antennal segment: S. stercoraria and S. litorea. To separate them, you have to look closely at the arista. In S. stercoraria it is plumose, in S. litorea the hairs are very short.

My conclusion is - Scathophaga stercoraria
Based on what i se in the microscope, most of the hairs have fallen off,
but the lenght of the remaining hairs says so.

If you Google Stuart Ball + Scathophagidae, you should easily find the pdf on the British Scathophagidae. Lots of good information.
