We were on a really beautiful and protected mountain meadow (Festuco rubrae - Cynosuretum) and I found among many interesting insects this nice Tephritid:

Urophora solstitialis (L.), judging from wing pattern and host plant. Males of Urophora (especially with this type of pattern ) are almost indistinguishable and can belong to 4-5 European species, but the plant increases probability of correct ID to 80-90%.
