Probably not Stenochironomus. It has the look of the Chironomus group (which includes Dicrotendipes) but I can't tell from this angle. Most Dicrotendipes have distinctive genitalia, with one of the inner pairs of appendages strongly curved up, as in http://www.dipter...to_id=7177. |
