A specimen collected a few days ago in Romania, the lengh of it is 1 cm (without genitalia). What species is it ?

I think you are right again. This looks quite clearly Bercea and even if it's not the best view, there seems to be the typical cercus' notch of africa (try to follow the cercus' prophile on the right).
