Psilidae Psila fimeteria has a dark spot where the arista attach to the antenna. Psila merdaria doen't have this dark spot. The eye is supposed to be round. I think that the eye looks more like Psila fimeteria but the angle of the photo makes it difficult to judge. The dark spot is also difficult to see at certain angles. I don't see a dark spot but i have photos of P. fimetaria and certain angles makes it difficult to see the spot. Maybe a specialist can say more...
