Hi, I'm taking an (un)educated guess here, it looks like Limnellia sp. but as we only have 3 species of that here, and the other two appear to have dark legs, I chose this one! I have pics of both male and female from 10th October to 17th November 2009. They were only around 2mm long, found at the base of my south wall (near Lincoln UK) where they hopped onto poor grass blades on sandy soil. A female on 9th November. 4 pics. Philygria interstincta. Limnellia has a spotted costal cell, and a hairy face with larger mouth opening.
