Perhaps Phaonia atriceps - or are there any other candidates? (very short hairs on arista, blach halters ....)

The antennae seems very large for atriceps. Please, check for P. steinii or even P. angulicornis. I can't see enough with these pictures, but I bet this is one of these two.
