Thank god for question marks This is Mycetaulus bipunctatus (Piophilidae) ! It looks a bit like an illegitimate crossbreed of Sepsidae and Opomyzidae, doesn't it? PS. Nice pics Jari, and nice flies. It is always great to see people pay attention to the smaller flies
