It is Anthomyiid. I don't think it is Lasiomma.

Antho seems to win - that's bad... Perhaps Michael gives us a hint to a possible genus, which would make me quite happy. |

Pretty sure it is Lasiomma anthomyinum. The eyes seem to have quite long hairs (especially if you enlarge the image), and the 2 grey presutural stripes also suggest Lasiomma |
