is my identifikation correct, is it Geomyza balachowskyi?
This fly was about 5mm, found in Germany, Bergkamen, altitude 100m, 16. 5. 2017.

Not Geomyza balachowskyi. With that very dark postscutellum, and relatively wide wings, it's most probably G. martineki. But make it G. cf. martineki.
