Hi

Center of France (Loiret) june 6th 2018. Size : 3-4 mm
Is Chyromya flava (female) a possibility ?

Chyromya flava or femorellum, the jury is still out on whether these represent a single species or two species.

I read from A.A. Shtakel'berg that C. oppidana has black 3rd segment of antenna (yellow for C. flava)
