Stratiomyidae-Beris clavipes male -> confirmed

This Beris (~6,5mm, found 21. May 2010) with dark wings suggest for me B. clavipes.
The dark distal part on Tibiae remains on B. vallata?

Only to the addition: I found yesterday this mating Beris clavipes pair. The colouring of the Tibiae of the male come the species shown above really near.

Only the extreme tip of the hind tibiae is darkened: B. clavipes.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
