I think this one keys out to Lispe sociabilis but would appreciate some input from an expert. Logic/illogic behind my ID can be found on this BugGuide post: https://bugguide....w/1574064/. No problem! It female of Lispe tentaculata group. In Maryland there are 95% that it is indeed L. sociabilis. For 100% male is required.
