Wing patterns are similar to U. quadrifasciata but the tibiae are black... What can it be?

Urophora dzieduszyckii (Frauenfeld, 1867) (=syriaca, = erichischmidti) or U. pontica (Hering, 1937).
When was it taken and are you able to collect the flies once again? We prepare a very carefull revision of this group.

I wish I was the one who photographed this specimen... It is a photo of my friend is Denizli and he doesn't collect specimens. And also he returned to Diyarbakır so I believe he cannot collect any specimens. Sorry that I couldn't help you.
