Is this indeed Ernestia rudis ?

The proportions of the antenna are wrong for Ernestia (= Panzeria). Like most of the larger Tachininae, P. rudis has elongated second segment.

I think this is subfamily Exoristinae.

I totally agree.

Possibly / likely Phryxe (vulgaris), but we cannot see enough detail to be sure.
