Is it possible to tell genus and perhaps spieces of this Limo with body 4 mm. Came to light.
Black halteres with white dot could perhaps be recognized.

Photos from 17 and 25 August 2016 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.
