Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld bei Hamburg, earthwall between street and field of a tree nursery (overgrown with big oaks and small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, brambles), at a leaf of nettle; Outsidephoto (only this): kuv, 29th of June 2016. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

My guess would be Geomyza martineki (male). If you collected the specimen, you should check the genitalia.

Thank you very much Jan, Sorry, I've no specimen.
So it must remain Geomyza sp.
