Looks like a member of the Minettia fasciata complex, but I am not an expert!

Thanks Henrik. Yes, it looks like, but Minettia fasciata exist not in Finland. Or maybe this is the first;)

Ni intra-alar, I think it's a Pseudolyciella (which name is Lyciella now ?).
