Collected the 21st of July in Rilland, the Netherlands. Should be in Telmatoscopini (thanks to Weia Reinboud). Maybe genus can be told?

There is no nomenclatorally valid concept of Telmatoscopini in the literature - the "official" name these days is Paramormiini, with Mormiini as a nomenclatorally valid alternative. For generic identification, check if it has sausage-shaped white outgrowths on the back of the head -- if it has, it is Panimerus or Jungiella. If not, it is probably Seoda or Parajungiella. Telmatoscopus is already ruled out because R5 ends in the wing apex.

Based on venation I found Panimerus albifacies.
