Are you sure?
I have two reasons to doubt:
1. too small
2. too early (spring instead of autumn)

Excellent observation, Nikita !

It is definitely NOT cervi, and very likely fortisetosa, which agrees on all point you have mentioned.
[I cannot exclude pauciseta which is unlikely in Kazakhstan but maybe just possible.]
