Small Tachinid fly. Looks familiar. Found today in my garden, Mid Netherlands.

No lateral, Dick?
In any case, it is a Blondeliini and first impression is Gastrolepta anthracina.

No lateral sorry. It escaped. Photographing flies alive has some disadvantages

Well, I am pretty sure that this is the female of Gastrolepta anthracina.
