Found 9-4-2016 near Paphos, Cyprus

Tephritidae; Terellia sp. maybe. One for Valery if you change the heading.

Thank you for your reactions Sara and Roger.
I will change the title!
It's size was about the size of a chloropid fly, and it was very pretty too.
It seems to me that Terellia is much bigger...
