It could be
Chironomus (Chironomus). Is the pronotum projecting in lateral view?

Then it's probably
Chironomus.
Glyptotendipes has a deep notch in the middle of the pronotum and it is normally distinctly recessed in lateral view.

It looks like a typical member of subgenus
Chironomus.
Comparing illustrations, the thick superior volsella with right angle bend is similar to
luridus,
riparius,
pseudothummi, and
piger.
