Hello,
A Muscoidea found in North of France, Clairmarais, on a fallen Pine Tree, in a Pine area in a mainly deciduous forest

Possibly
Alliopsis, a predatory Anthomyiidae often with narrow frons. The wing appears to belong to Sciaridae, but most Sciaridae are more uniformly black.

Very interesting behaviour of an Antho!
I cropped a part of the wing of Fig. 1 that shows nicely that the anal vein reaches the wing margin. That character rules out Muscidae.

I was also thinking something close to Sciaridae for the prey
And Thanks you very much for the criteria to rule out the Muscidae Sundew ! :)
