Acroceratitis, though I couldn't find a good match in Hancock & Drew, 1999 (J.Nat.Hist., 33:5, 633-775), so maybe it's still
Ceratitis (no good match in De Meyer's articles, too). Try to attract attention of experts (Valery Korneyev aka Nosferatumyia),
