Tephritidae. The wing reminds me of the "medfly"
Ceratitis capitata but it is not the same.

Can anyone else help with its genus?

I suppose it's
Acroceratitis, though I couldn't find a good match in Hancock & Drew, 1999 (J.Nat.Hist., 33:5, 633-775), so maybe it's still
Ceratitis (no good match in De Meyer's articles, too). Try to attract attention of experts (Valery Korneyev aka Nosferatumyia),

Thanks. Remind me, I shall try all the possible keys to fit the species (indeed, Acroceratitis or near)
