Hi,
this fly was found June 4 on reed at the Mulde river reservoir near Bitterfeld, Sachsen Anhalt, Germany. Could it be Spaziphora hydromyzina?

According to Dr Stuart G. Ball's key (http://scathophagidae.myspecies.info/sites/scathophagidae.myspecies.info/files/scathophagid_key.pdf) I am fairly sure of Spaziphora hydromyzina.
Is that right?
