Thread subject: Diptera.info :: very small fly ID

Please help to identify this:

Germany, Bavaria, in the Garden, on the friutstand of a ivy, today, Oct., 6th
It is very small, just a flying dot and can only bee seen as a crop of the Photo.

Thaumatomyia, probably notata (Chloropidae)
