Loxocera is a bit tricky - compare http://www.dipter...tford.html and the discussion in http://www.dipter...d_id=62718. As the humeri are black, the frons mainly dark, and the face below the antennae apparently yellow, I'd vote for L. albiseta. In this case the arista should be distinctly plumose. Shatalkin & Merz (2010) (http://biostor.or...nce/134801) treat this species together with some other European ones as belonging to genus Imantimyia.
