Not Sciomyzidae. When Sciomyzidae have long antennae the basal segments are long. In this case the last segment (first flagellomere aka postpedicel) is long.

Looks like Loxocera (Psilidae). You will find similar antennae in Lauxania (Lauxaniidae), but that genus has more bristles.
