This is the same specimen as in previous thread, isn't it? Anyways, both look like a male of Chrysops divaricatus to me...

Hi Sergiy, thank you for the definition!
The photographs of different horse flies, and so put them into different posts. And, as I thought, the picture on the back they have a little bit different. Pictures were taken with a time gap of 90 minutes, but not farther than 1 km from each other.
